(I sent it, but it bounced back.)  On a recent visit to Peru, I had a conversation with people at his organization PRATEC, which works with traditional Andean knowledge.\u00a0 Interestingly, many of them were aware of my work.<\/p>\n<p>Found out that Bolivia has a full-fledged Ministry for Decolonisation!
