PHISPC is the Government of India's Project of History of Science, Philosophy and Culture in Indian Civilizations, intended to rewrite history in a pluralistic way as seen through Indian eyes. 

The project commenced nearly two decades ago, and has produced a number of volumes to date. See the website here.
